We are not a company. We are the Team.
And it goes for everything: from the legal side of our work process organization to our approach in development, from our way to build the squad till relations between us and with clients.
We are good at development (at least we think of ourselves so), and as far as we are technicians, we are not so good at creating team culture principles. And some thoughts aired so far are the best form to express our belief.
